Suziette
Akpomejevwe Ukey
Suziette is proactive with the end in mind.
A term she likes to use to show how determined she is in the pursuit of
creativity. Her experience spans wide and far in the creative world as she is a
graduate of Theater Arts from the prestigious University of Benin. She
practiced as a practitioner for 4 years and in 2007 she got a certificate in Integrated brand experience from Orange
academy and trained with TBWA\concept as a copywriter working on brands like UAC
products, Swift broad band, Mr Bigg’s and other notable brands. She is a copy and content specialist with a flair for events and promotions.
Her skill got
her noticed by Worldwriters and she has since being a copy/transcreation
consultant for Tag Worldwide and Oliver marketing; London agencies.
She moved on to other notable agencies Like
FKG2, Cosse, Bluebird and briefly returned back to TBWA\Concept, writing for
brands like Mobitel, Stanbic IBTC, SFH Flex Condom, Chivita, CHI Exotic, UAC,
GLO, Cowbell, Tecno and other notable brands before venturing into concept
development and in 2012, worked as the marketing development manager for
Kissmix alcoholic cocktail drink with Charvet Nig Ltd.
She left shortly after for
her MSc in Media Communication via scholarship at the prestigious School of
Media and Communication, Pan Atlantic University and thereafter, took a short
diploma course with Miami Ads School on Storytelling, Integrated Concepting and Concept. She moved back to advertising and content development but this time,
for online campaigns for brands like adidas, Tecno and Palmchat with an e-PR
firm.
She recently took a short Business
course, Road 2 Growth for Business Women with Enterprise Development Center, Pan Atlantic
University and completed the Digify Bytes program before training as a trainer for Livity Africa in partnership with Google.
She is presently the Creative Consultant (on contract) with Streams
Communication.
